The practical modular design and wide variety of transmitter and transducer options available make this system suitable for all applications. From simple water flow measurements to energy flow monitoring, automated process control and installation in safety-critical environments.

The semi-portable UFM-70 FS is a multi-functional ultrasonic flowmetering system for non-invasive and non-intrusive flow measurements, for both liquids and liquid gases. This system works based on the transit-time method and can be supplied with one or two measuring channels, allowing it to monitor two separate pipes at the same time.

In addition, the UFM-70 FS offers functions for measuring level, energy and pressure flows. This modular system is customizable, with different types of inputs and outputs. The system is provided with an internal data logger and software for recording and downloading the measured values. Thanks to its intuitive menu, Setup Wizard and Audible Sensor Positioning Assistant™, the flowmeter and sensors can be properly configured and installed within minutes. Optional transducer versions are available for ATEX-zones.

Audible Sensor Positioning Assistant™. This intuitive system provides visual and audible indications while mounting the (paired) sensors.
Because of its bi-directional operation the UFM-70 FS achieves the highest achievable accuracy with 0.5%.

This ultrasonic flow meter operates based on transit time difference technology. This makes the device highly accurate, providing reliable flow data for almost any liquid, independent of the electrical conductivity of the medium.
