UFM-55 – Hand-held ultrasonic clamp-on flow meter for liquids containing a high level of solids or enclosed gas bubbles. For example mixed sewage and waste water. Ideal for dry-running detection (pumps) and overflow applications.

This flow meter is very easy to install and easy to use. Minimal configuration needed.

The UFM-55 is designed to measure volumetric flow of within closed conduit. It requires liquids, which contain entrained solids, gases or turbulence in order to provide a measurement.

This doppler flow meter can display flow rate and flow totalizer etc., and is configured with 4-20mA, relays for totalizer and alarm outputs.

When installing an clamp-on flow meter, the transducers / sensors are simply mounted on the outside of the pipe, implicating that it remains completely intact. No risk of blockage, leakage or loss of pressure.

The UFM-10 operates based on doppler-technology. This enables the instrument to provide flow data for liquids containing solid particles and / or air bubbles, such as (mixed) sewage water and waste water.
