IDEAL FOR LARGE-SCALE PROJECTS.

UFM-40When looking for a cost-effective solution for large-scale, industrial water applications, this compact clamp-on ultrasonic flowmeter could just be it.

Designed using FPGA chip and low-voltage broadband pulse transmission. The UFM-40 has a tolarance of liquids with small amounts of air bubbles and / or suspended solids. It delivers highly accurate and repeatable flow measurement at low power consumption.

The clamp-on sensors (IP68) are mounted externally on the surface of the pipe. This means no drilling in the pipe, no contamination of the sensors, no obstruction to the free flow of the medium, no pressure loss and no corrosion.

Clamp-on (Non-Invasive) flow measurement advantages :
– No drilling needed to install
– No flow obstruction
– No sensor contamination
– No pressure drop
– No corrosion
– Less expensive than inline electromagnetic solutions

Suitable for liquids with small amounts of air bubbles and / or suspended solids.

Sensor mounting externally on the surface of the pipe (diameter 25 ~ 1200 mm)

  • Non-invasive
  • Compact
  • Robust, waterproof housing
  • IP 68 sensors
  • User-friendly
  • Bi-directional
  • Cost effective
