IDEAL FOR LARGE-SCALE PROJECTS.

UFM-30When looking for a cost-effective solution for a large-scale industrial project, this fixed installation clamp-on ultrasonic flowmeter could just be it.

Designed with the latest ultrasonic digital technology, low-voltage broadband pulse transmission as well as a relevant test program. Tolerant of liquids with small amounts of air bubbles and / or suspended solids. Distinctive when it comes to accuracy and reliability.

The clamp-on transducers (available for both low and high temperatures) are mounted externally on the pipe’s surface. This means no drilling in the pipe, no maintenance, no contamination of the sensors, no obstruction to the free flow of the medium, no pressure loss and no corrosion. Provides long-term no-drift measurements. The operating software monitors changing circumstances and adjusts parameters accordingly.

Clamp-on (non-invasive) flow measurement advantages :
– No drilling needed to install
– No maintenance
– No sensor contamination
– No flow obstruction
– No pressure drop
– No corrosion
– Less expensive than inline electromagnetic measuring

Tolerant of liquids with small amounts of air bubbles or suspended solids.

Sensors mounted externally on the surface of the pipe (diameter 50 ~ 1200 mm).

  • Non-invasive measuring
  • Compact
  • Robust, waterproof housing
  • Available with high and low temperature sensors
  • User-friendly
  • Bi-directional
  • Cost effective solution

High and low temperatures
In combination with RTD module and PT1000 temperature sensors, the UFM-30 can be used as an energy meter for heat and cold consumption of central heating and cooling installations.

  • Flow range : ± 0.03 to 12 m / sec.
  • Pipe diameter : 20 ~ 1200mm
  • Accuracy : ± 1%
  • Temperature range : -40 ° to +130 ° C (low + high temp sensors)
  • Display : 240 x 128 backlit LCD
  • Power supply : 10 ~ 36VDC or AC90 ~ 245V
  • Outputs : 4 ~ 20 mA (max load 750Ω) – 0 ~ 10 KHz (open collector) – Relay – Modbus
  • Housing : transmitter I P65 | sensors IP 68
  • Weight: transmitter ± 0.96 kg | sensors ± 1 kg

The UFM-30 operates based on Time Difference Technology. This ensures high accuracy and reliable flow data for almost any liquid, independent of the electrical conductivity of the medium.
