The sensors of our ultrasonic flowmeters are clamped on the exterior of the pipe. It is therefore not necessary to open up the pipe and shut down the system. This means that an interruption of your flow or production process is not necessary (anymore).

Our ultrasonic clamp-on flowmeters can be retrofitted to pipes made of various materials and with a diameter range from 3 mm to 6500 mm. This can be achieved without costly modifications to the device’s specifications. In addition, calibrations, zero flow measurements and specific pipe sizes are a thing of the past when you choose the ultrasound measurement technique.

Because the tube or pipe remains intact when installing a flowmeter, direct contact with the hazardous content of waste water is prevented. Also there is no risk of leakage.

The purchase cost is your only investment when you choose for an ultrasonic clamp-on flowmeter. While in-line flowmeters entail additional costs for engineering, process stoppages, trained personnel and all additional accessories (bolts, gaskets, washers, etc.)
